These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your participation in programs, courses, communities, and services offered by Lighthouse Voyages LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), including but not limited to the LV Wayfinders paid community on Skool and any associated digital products. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
You must be at least 18 years of age to use our services. By agreeing to these Terms, you represent and warrant that you meet this eligibility requirement.

Each tier grants access to specific content, features, and benefits as described on the pricing page at the time of enrollment.
2.2 Founding Rate
The first 100 Standard members who join at the $97/month rate lock in that price for life, provided their subscription remains active and in good standing. Cancellation and re-enrollment forfeits the founding rate.
2.3 Drip-Feed Access
Standard members receive pillar content drip-fed at one pillar per month over five months. Premium and VIP members receive immediate full access to all available content upon enrollment.
2.4 AI Bonus Deliverables
Enrollment in a qualifying tier entitles the member to one AI-generated deliverable per bonus type (12-Month Business Roadmap, Funding Readiness AI Audit, Business Bottleneck Diagnostic) as specified for their tier. These are delivered within 24, 48, or 72 hours of enrollment respectively.

4.1 Monthly Subscriptions
You may cancel your monthly subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No partial-month refunds are issued.
4.2 Annual Subscriptions
Annual subscriptions may be cancelled within 14 days of initial purchase for a full refund, provided you have not accessed more than the first pillar of content. After 14 days or after substantive content access, annual subscriptions are non-refundable.
4.3 Founding Rate Members
Members who have received a founding rate lock forfeit the rate permanently upon cancellation. Refund eligibility follows the standard timeline above, but the founding rate cannot be reinstated after cancellation.

All content within the LV Wayfinders community — including course materials, frameworks, videos, worksheets, templates, and methodology — is the intellectual property of Lighthouse Voyages LLC. Your membership grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use community content for your personal business education purposes only.
Results vary. Any income figures, case studies, or business outcomes discussed in our content or marketing materials are illustrative examples and not guarantees. Your results depend on your individual effort, experience, market conditions, and many other factors outside our control.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Lighthouse Voyages LLC and its founders, officers, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your use of our services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Fulton County, Georgia.
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. We will notify active members of material changes via email or community announcement. Continued use of our services after such notification constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
